Your first step is to book a quick conversation with me, so can understand your needs, where you are at and whether this program is right for you. I only take on a certain number of clients each month, so if you're ready to take action!
We'll talk via phone or zoom every other week for 45 to 60 minutes. Allowing you time in between sessions to implement your action steps.
I received my coaching certifications from the Certified Coaching Federation and Health Coach Institute in 2016 and 2017 respectively. I continue to take personal and professional courses and coaching to improve the quality of myself and my practice.
