Hey there! I'm Kalina White, and I've been exactly where you are.

As a stay at home parent, executive assistant and solopreneur, I struggled with extreme exhaustion, paralyzing overwhelm and

countless symptoms of burnout repeatedly.


The responsibility and expectations I put on myself were weighting on me and were eventually more than I could bare. 


I felt drained, out of control, lost and wanting to escape. 

Yet, the feeling that I was meant for something greater 

propelled me onward. 


... but I didn't have the time, energy or the confidence to make it happen.


I knew there had to be a way that I could pursue this inner desire, regardless of how much time and energy it took away from me.

 

As someone who has struggled with burnout and found a way out,

 

I'm here to tell you, you have more inner strength and power 

over your life than you think. 


I'm a recovering perfectionist and determined over-achiever who puts a lot of pressure and expectations on myself. I have spent years holding

myself back from what truly matters. 


Finally, after a long day at the office, my daughter asked me a simple question that I couldn’t even comprehend never mind answer.


What was I doing and who was I doing all this for if it wasn’t my husband and kids? I didn’t want my kids growing up feeling this way.


Fatigued and numb… it was right then that I decided it was time to make changes and take control of my life.


Once, I challenged my beliefs and prioritized myself. I started using my time more intentional and found that I could pursue and

nurture what really mattered to me. 


I started mediating and journalling my thoughts and desires. I went to the gym, practiced yoga and went for daily walks. 


I made an effort to mindfully eat lunch away from my desk and leave work at the end of the day on time, with enough energy for my family. I

enrolled in the Bob Proctor coaching program and then the Certified Coaching Federation and Health Coaching Institute, where I

graduated with honours in 2016/2017. 


  Now, I enjoy the freedom of working electronically from  home. Successfully providing extraordinary personalized support, care and empowerment to burned out women. Those who want to stop the negative burn out cycle, identify and recover from the effects of burn out, and increase energy.

Initial Call 

You'll receive a complementary discovery call where we can determine if further if this program is a good fit for you.

Discovery and Intention session 

During our first session, we'll get to know each other and explore what you want to get out of the program and dive deep into why?

This program is customized for your individual needs, so we'll assess where you at, create a powerful vision and map out where you want to be. 

Duration: 45 to 60 mins 


Bi-weekly Coaching Session 

Our coaching sessions will take place over the phone or zoom. We'll talk bi-weekly to see where you are struggling, uncover what

you need in the moment and develop strategies to keep you motivated, engaged, energized and moving forward. 

Duration: 45 to 60 mins. 


Weekly Action Plan

We'll co-create action steps for you to implement after every session along with personalized curated worksheets and resources. I'll also be available for text/email support between our sessions to keep you motivated and on-track.

It was with trepidation that I starting my Health Coaching session with Kalina.
