What's included in the Burnout to Vitality Journey!

Discovery and Intention session

During our first session, we'll get to know each other and explore what you want to get out of the program and dive deep into why? This program is customized for your individual needs, so we'll assess where you at, create a powerful vision and map out where you want to be. 

Duration: 45 to 60 mins 

Bi-weekly Coaching Session

Our coaching session will take place over the phone or zoom. We'll talk bi-weekly to see where you are struggling, uncover what you need in the moment and develop strategies to keep you motivated, engaged, energized and moving forward. 

Duration: 45 to 60 mins. 

Weekly Action Plan

We'll co-create action steps for you to implement after every session along with personalized curated worksheets and resources. I'll also be available for text/email support between our sessions to keep you from motivated and on-track.

Session 1 -  Vision, motivation and a map 

  • We assess where you are, create a powerful vision and map out step by step where you want to be! 
  • Uncover the hidden key to your motivation to unlock your power.  


Session 2 - Increase your Energy 

  • Tap into your inner wisdom and building self trust to make choices that feel good in your body without judgment and influence of the diet mentality.  


Session 3 - Honoring Your Body 

  • Increase body awareness and discover the unrealized potential of mindfulness.
  • Tuning in to what you and your body needs everyday at this stage of your life. 


Session 4 - Linking Pleasure and Motivation

  • Experience the power of your mind and the benefits of movement. 


Session 5 -Sabotage 

  • Discover a totally new perspective on old habits and patterns that no longer serve you and what to do about it. 


Session 6 - Explore and Nourish 

  • Reconnect with your adventurous side creating healthy alternatives to coping with stress while establishing new self care rituals. 


Session 7 - Stress and Metabolism 

  • Learn how to calm the mind and body anywhere quickly and easily to reduce stress increasing your metabolism.  


Session 8 - Life Nourishment

  • Discover and learn to prioritize the areas in your life that need nourishment.  


Session 9 - Personal Power 

  • Discovery of what drives the habits and routines that are bringing you down... and what to do about it. 


Session 10 - Acknowledgment and Gratitude 

  • Experience the hidden power of acknowledgment and gratitude instilling a new sense of self worth, accomplishment and confidence which will have you saying "I did it".


Session 11 - What's Possible?

  • Explore what is possible as you travel on this exciting new path. 


Session 12 - Celebration and Completion Ritual 

  • Reflect on lessons and skills you learned and celebrating all you have accomplished.
